Introduction
You can have multiple stop-word lists to be used in various combinations in interfaces.
Typically each language has it’s own list of stop-words.
Stop-words are normally short words that are used a lot in text. They can be found in most documents and thus does not provide much value in terms of saying which result should be scored higher than another. So it can be a good idea to remove them from the query for a simple and clean scoring.
